MEMORIAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

PAX Moot 2026 – Vladimir Koutikov Round

 

In accordance with Rule 14 of the PAX Moot Court Competition Rules, all memorials must be submitted exclusively via the official submission platform available on the competition website: www.paxmoot.eu.

 

Please follow the steps below carefully.

 

Step 1 – Sign Up

  1. Visit www.paxmoot.eu.

  2. On the homepage, locate the menu bar.

  3. On the right-hand side of the menu, find PAX PORTAL and click the “Login” button.

  4. Select “Sign up” and create your team account.

 

Step 2 – Access the Memorial Submission Area

  1. After completing the sign-up process, click the “Login” button again under PAX PORTAL.

  2. Log in using your credentials.

  3. Select the Memorial Submission Area.

 

Step 3 – Enter Team Information

Please carefully provide:

  • The full name of your university

  • Your team alias

Ensure that this information is accurate, as it will be used for identification and administrative purposes.

 

Step 4 – Upload the Memorials

  • Upload the Applicant Memorial and the Respondent Memorial separately.

  • Each memorial must be submitted as a separate file.

  • Memorials must be submitted in PDF format only (Rule 13.2).

 

File Naming Requirements

Each file must be named exactly as follows:

  • PAX 2026 - Applicant - [Team Alias]

  • PAX 2026 - Respondent - [Team Alias]

Please replace [Team Alias] with your official team alias.

Teams are advised to complete the sign-up process well in advance and to allow sufficient time before the deadline in case of technical difficulties.
