Thanks to the Competition’s co-funding by the European Union, the PAX Moot Organising Committee is able to provide financial support to a limited number of teams that would otherwise be unable to participate in person due to insufficient funding. Teams wishing to apply for financial support are invited to submit an application by e-mail to info@paxmoot.eu, including details of their funding strategy and an estimated budget of moot-related expenses (i.e. travel and accommodation costs). The deadline for submitting applications is Friday 12 February 2027.Please note that the Organising Committee cannot guarantee full reimbursement of the costs incurred. The amount of financial support available will depend on the total funding available to the Organising Committee and the number of teams applying for assistance. Once all applications have been received, the Organising Committee will assess the available funds and determine how they can be distributed among the applicant teams. The amount of support awarded to each team may therefore cover only part of its estimated expenses. Each team will be informed of the extent to which its costs can be supported by the Organising Committee. Financial support will not be paid in advance. Reimbursement will take place only after the team has effectively participated in the oral rounds. To receive reimbursement, teams whose applications have been approved must submit receipts or invoices, together with proof of payment, for the costs incurred.
